no-return policy. Go with Truvaga
My neurologist recommended I try this device for my migraines, and one other device (Cefaly). They both work on different nerves with e-stim. The Cefaly is helping. The gammacore, in studies, helps about 50% of patients, which is great. However, since it’s not helping me, after a day of use, I contacted the company to return it. They have a NO RETURN policy. So look, if you’re looking for this type of device for migraine relief, try truvaga instead. They have the same thing for less and a 30-day money back guarantee.
