Easy on-line ordering. Racquet (purchased unstrung) was shipped within an hour of ordering it. Received the racquet quickly, within only a few days even though had to be shipped across the country (UPS free shipping). Only drawback regarding my order was that I did not receive the vibration dampener that is included with the racquet. It is normally packaged on the grip but appears it fell out of package or maybe inadvertently removed before it was shipped. But, not a problem as Game -Set-Match then shipped to me a vibration dampener and apology/thank your card. Great, personable customer service. Will continue to use them as my tennis equipment on-line store!

I live in South Africa. GSM was the only store that I could find my item on that I was looking for. My item had been discontinued and they had stock but Shipping to my country for a low cost item was way too expensive so I had a friend that was going to be in Florida for just a week. The customer support stood by me every step of the way and made sure I received my package without any problems. Every time I was concerned that it was going to arrive on time, they re-assured me that even if it did not arrive, they would make sure I received my package even if they had to send it to South Africa for me. Now that is incredible service! Thank you GSM!
