I have not purchased any servers before, but i know the difference between a host that does only what they have to and a host that does what they have to and A LOT more. Honestly, 24/7 online support has smoothed out all 13 problems of mine, and built with me a very good customer-provider relationship. I have had some seriously in depth coding issues for plugins available from Oxide (that have nothing to do with them) and they have sorted out every one, doing what they have to no matter how long to fix what i need, keeping in mind that they do not have to do anything other than provide me with a rust server, this server host is amazing.

answered right away and fixed what was wrong.. pretty happy..

great servers, the run smooth with no lag issues. the only problem I had was some times the server wouldn't let me connect to it

Quick and easy setup for my Rust server, Despite encountering a few initial problems due to my own lack of knowledge on running Rust servers in particular, The staff that are on 24/7 were able to still get me online and in my own server within a matter of minuets. Outstanding customer service as they will message and talk you through things with this built in chat on their main login page that is similar to facebook's chat system Game Server Kings staff offer great advice and tips to help stream line you servers performance and mod setups and when you do manage to break your server somehow, like i have done 3 times, they always seem to be able to fix the problem, let you know the cause and have you back online in no time, the longest i have had to wait was an hour, and that was due to needing the server being reinstalled. I have rented previous servers for Rust before from people like GTXGaming.com but never received this level of satisfaction from a business, and I work in customer satisfaction lol

I may have had some friction with trying to customize the server to my hearts content, but I don't think that means they should get 4 stars, since I got to experience the AMAZING behavior and patience shown towards customers like me! Keep up the service!
