Best host I have used so far. I have tried many other hosts but I have never had a better experience. Yes there have been some growing pains and a few issues here and there, but the team has worked very hard to rectify the problems. They don't currently have a huge team but they are working on building the company staff to accommodate the large growth in customers. The pricing is super competitive and the support is top notch and on a personal level. There have been times where they are swamped and unable to answer immediately but such is the way of life of a company growing rapidly. All in I feel like a person and not a number when dealing with gameserverkings. Rene, Borgio, Dristen, Chris and Sammi have all been a great help and I am happy to be one of their customers. Don't hesitate and just pick the best. No host is going to be 100% perfect 100% of the time. But GSK is trying like hell and I believe they will continue to grow and be the best!

After direct contact with the owner of the company and some great discussion I must say that the support is undoubtedly one of the best ones I've ever seen.

Gotta admit to you guys i was hesitant at first but as soon as i brought instantly i asked for help (it was my first server i brought at the time and i was new)About 20 seconds later i got a response and asked over again and everytime they were good.Every support memeber is nice and friendly and helpful like :Rene,Dristan and many more of you guys i would recommend them %100 they will never let you down.

This site, I've seen just a few mixed results here and there but since I've been using their services I've had nothing but help and a great amount of respect given to me. I mean really, if i ask for help on anything i could think of, they are right there in literally 2 mins. No exaggeration at all. The ticket system works perfectly. You will always get a quality answer in a timely fashion, If i could describe this service in one word i'd have to choose "professional."

I do not think i can even describe how amazingly happy i am that i stumbled upon this hosting company EVERYONE! is incredibly amazing over at GSK, If you have any trouble with your service, they are likely to respond within a minute of you sending a message on their livesupport, and if they dont you will get an email as soon as someone is available! The supporters Rene, and Bengarti (sorry if i misspelled any of that) are the guys i get most of my support from, and both of them are lightning fast when it comes to a response. Which is amazing, because usually if i run into trouble, i have players currently on the server. The actual support If you have problems with any of your services (i, myself have a space engineers server) they are happy to help you through anything. they can instantly see who you are, and which services you own from the livechat, and will try their best to help you on the spot, usually resulting in my problems being resolved, and me and my players playing happily ever after :D So if you haven't decided where you want to host your service, For the love of god stop looking, and go to GSK because i have had NOTHING but fun on there The live chat support Having support is amazing, but what's even more amazing is the fact that the support isn't a all-serious we-need-money support. What i mean by this is that the support is personal, not only can you ask questions about your recently purchased server, but also about servers you are thinking of buying. And if you would like to know how something works on their end, don't be afraid to ask! The support is fun, they joke a lot and often put a big ******* smile on my face! Seriously amazing, nothing more is to be said about it. Keep it up, and that is about it for this review :D

Minor issue with a support member, but great experience over all. Got in contact with Rene (CEO) and he helped me in a matter of 30 minutes. Would recommend using GSK if you want a solid and user friendly rust server.
