Ordered a server, they stated one payment was made they would create the server in 15 minutes. that was not done, they also said they had 24 hour chat support. nobody has answered so far over 1 hour 45 minutes of texting. I finally opened a ticket after the 2 hour hold that the TOS said to do. We will see how long that takes. I wanted to compare this to another server I have rented, but so far it is not even on the game board.

i tried the service for a little while, but even after i cancelled they kept charging me; they wait a day before responding to you and then the say "before we cancel please tell us how we can better improve on our service...bla bla bla, but they don't actually cancel and you keep getting charged. update: 3-5 business days till the return of my money, an apology for the "miscommunication". no apology for the lack of responding to the chat box for over half an hour (they never did respond at all to that. and i still have to wait to get the money back that they did not have the authority to take, no apology for the the day between responses, but hey, at l;east its an apology for the "miscommunication."

Hello its me again i deleted my old post because i was kindly ask to by Rene the CEO of the company and i was feeling generous. So i purchased a 3 month subscription. I tried to set up the server and im not gonna lie sucked at it and used their customer service chat function on their website. Long story short they gave me wrong info and after that probably took a little over an hour to fix my problem. They also never informed me what was going on unless i threatened to cancel the service, i also sent a ticket threw their support system to cancel my service the website stated it will take a few hours. That few hours turned into 19+ and the only reason i think they responded was because i posted my first review. Rene the CEO was the person that finally contacted me. i wanted to cancel Rene did the typical o well give you a free month BS. I told Rene that i didn't want the service and to refund me. Rene said she would comply with my wishes and it would take a few days. Can you guess what i'm gonna say next? That few days turned into a full 8 day and i don't even want to go to their website and submit another ticket. I'm done Rene assured me this was an isolated incident that's why i deleted my first review but their actions say other wise. To be honest i would give this company a negative 2 stars if i could or at least a 0 but C'est la vie. I honestly hope this stops you from getting their service before you buy. In short don't get this service for if you have any problems where you need the company to get something done you're just wasting your time

Do not buy from this company because there are many glitchs with the server. Like I opened a rust server and I could not even join the server. Also there is such a delay with live support. it takes a average 20-30 mins for the support agent to respond. Not good.

Claim to have 24/7 support, have to wait for 24 hours to get a response, then another 24 hours wait for more queations youve already answered, then another 24 for them to ask again, another 24 for them to ask permission to do the work, 24 more to do the work, 24 hours to be alerted to the work and 24 hours to realise nothing was done.

do not use, my server was down for 3 days straight, asked for refund or something, told its a 24 hour refund policy from taking the server which is wrong, if your paying for a service you should be entitled to a refund if not recieving that service, stay well clear guys, you have been warned.

Support that responds to you after 3 days and that does not absolutly solve the problems with your server. To avoid.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service that gave me no help and their servers are not good at all.
