Found these guys using simple google search for game servers (rust in my case). And I was blown away by the ease of use UI and overly friendly staff that was there day or night to address any and all of my issues. Thanks again and game on :D

The company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are fully satisfied. They're always available for custom offers too. Proper premium hardware, and their 24/7 support works awesomely well. DDoS Protection is pretty much comparable, if not better, than OVH and smiliar competitors. We've had a lot of custom features done on request, no issue for them, at all. If you're looking for proper hosting, I'll recommend GSK to anyone reading this.

Hi there, The "hardware limitations" this review is referring to is simply the cap on RAM per service. This is not a hard-cap and as explained to you in our brief chat we offer varying levels of RAM for different prices. This business model is no different than any other hosting provider on the market. You mentioned in our live chat that you wanted to run a very heavily modded Rust server, and that our base RAM was not enough for you... despite not even testing it out. I explained our RAM scaling for this game to you and you did not want to upgrade to a higher package for more RAM, which is totally fine! We proceeded with a full refund of your payment immediately. You effectively did not even use our service at all. You paid for the service, realized it's not what you wanted within a few minutes, and we immediately refunded you. I really don't think this review is warranted or even legitimate given the circumstances. Please reach out to us if you see this, I'd be happy to talk more about it. Thank you, Dristen General Manager

I had previously left GameServerKings and went to another host, will never make that mistake again. Gameserverkings support is the very best you can possibly get. i am thrilled to be using them again, i make server mistakes on a daily basis lol, and always get a live person to talk to within 60 secs, and they are always helpful and understanding of my issues

My experience with gameserverkings has been very positive, the times I did need help with my server I was always answered quickly and the problem was resolved. I'm sure I will be using their services again if I ever need to host another server.

i have been working on my server alot to make sure the players who join feel welcomed and that there time spent there is not wasted, to make sure that enjoy what i add and to fix whatever problems they have an issue with, the gameserverkings support have helped me with every issue ive experienced thus far really quickly, if i ever need to rent a server and i know i would need help with it, the support for gameserverkings is exactly the type of support i would want helping me.
