Retro Games in Terrible Condition
I wasn't expecting a retro game to be in excellent or like-new condition. However, the game I purchased was really beat up and would probably be considered below average condition.

I had really bad stick drift and could not play COD anymore. Needed a controller ASAP. Their controller was reasonably priced because it had scratches and was discolored but who cares! It works perfectly!

Once a package is handed over, USPS becomes responsible for all aspects of shipping and delivery. According to their tracking information, your package was marked as delivered to your address. We understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel appears to be missing. You contacted us today about this issue, and despite the delivery status shown by USPS, we issued a full refund — including the shipping fee — to ensure you were not left out of pocket. While we are not responsible for the courier’s delivery process, we always aim to act fairly and promptly when our customers encounter problems, and in this case we’ve done so by providing a full refund.
