Lied about shipping time clearly no organization don’t waste your time like they do !
Placed a order Thursday 18 they said it would arrive by Tuesday 23 I got the email Friday 19 after 5 pm saying it was shipped USPS but no tracking was available tracked it later that night now says will not arrive till Friday 26 checked it twice today still has not left Florida’s USPS location. I would have never ordered from here but it advertised it would arrive by 23 not to mention they said all orders are shipped out the same day as long as they’re ordered Monday through Friday before 3 PM they had all day Friday to make sure it was shipped out on Friday and it’s still sitting at the post office Saturday night. Never again especially seeing the same type of review from just a day ago in regards to their shipping issues with them. not to mention, I can’t even do a refund because it has been handed off to USPS and according to them “once we handed it off to USPS it’s now in the hands of the Postal Service and out of their hands“

Retro Games in Terrible Condition
I wasn't expecting a retro game to be in excellent or like-new condition. However, the game I purchased was really beat up and would probably be considered below average condition.

Hi Joel, As discussed with yourself earlier, we wanted to clarify the situation regarding your order. At checkout, you selected USPS as your shipping method. Once a package is handed over, USPS becomes responsible for all aspects of shipping and delivery. According to their tracking information, your package was marked as delivered to your address. We understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel appears to be missing. You contacted us today about this issue, and despite the delivery status shown by USPS, we issued a full refund — including the shipping fee — to ensure you were not left out of pocket. While we are not responsible for the courier’s delivery process, we always aim to act fairly and promptly when our customers encounter problems, and in this case we’ve done so by providing a full refund.
