Excellent purchasing experience
Had a great experience purchasing through these guys. I had a lot of questions coming in as it was my first time buying a cabinet for my newly renovated mancave. I was flip flopping between different products and the team gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision without any sort of pressure. Just got it set up a few days ago and it was a hit with the kids! Already looking at our next addition and will definitely be purchasing from Game room shop again!

Exceptional Customer Service
When planning my game room, I explored several options online, but Game Room Shop stood out due to their exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, providing tailored recommendations for my space and interests. They were also highly responsive, promptly answering questions via email and phone, and always keeping me updated on my order. When a minor shipping issue arose, they quickly called the freight carrier & resolved it. While their customer service was the highlight, I was also pleased with the quality of my shuffleboard table which looks great in my game room.

Exceptional Customer Service!
I was very happy with my purchase from Game Room Shop. The customer service team helped me with all my questions. I honestly didn't really know what I wanted in the beginning. There were a lot of choices. Their customer service was very nice and helped me make my final decision, based on some criteria. I highly highly recommend this company!

Game Room Shop for the win
Game Room Shop went above and beyond when answering questions I had about different arcade games. Would highly recommend them for anyone considering a virtual pinball machine or other game for that matter. Great customer service and shopping experience.
