ID verification errors plus three-week support waits will block a first payout and feel like abandonment. Open support on gamercraft.com with your username and describe the verification failure. We do not invent a fix from a public review.

I had applied for the payout and I have used their tickets system 4-5 times to ask for help regarding the payout( I'm not receiving any money even after many days of their promised time)
Even the support staff have stopped replying to my queries. Truly hopeless now.

Four or five tickets on the same payout with replies stopping mid-thread is a bad support experience. Gamercraft pays legitimate balances. Open a clean request on gamercraft.com with your username referencing that payout. We do not chase ticket history in public reviews.

If i could give i would give 0 stars, so unprofessional,rules arent same for everyone, if u earn some big money they ban you for no reason. I earned 500 dolars they banned me for no reason after 2 months they unbanned me and they said that they will they send me my money , i was waiting 2 months after unban so they send me my earned money and nothing, they were lying constantly that they will send but nothing, yesterday i got perma for unknown reason and i give up because i realized some stuffs. My friend earned 80 dolars in one tour before 6 months and they still didnt paid him, also alot my friends got perma for unknown reason .

im just posting another review to let people know and hope everyone reads my review before even thinking of using their website.
people gets banned for no reason which they will say it was made by looking into small details and they will never say they were wrong, wanting to succeed where you cant even admit you mistakes (pride over customer) or were they even mistakes ? cause I can clearly see how people are getting banned every time for nothing wrong they've done !
after writing your review they will tag your review as false information immediately hoping your review to get deleted, even if u gave them a proof that your review is after a real experience they will get back to you saying you've done stuff while they're "mostly" wrong.
Lets talk about the fact what their website says about the payouts, (5-7 business days) which is a big lie, cause it can take over a month and even if you opened tickets asking about your payouts they will respond telling you to do their verify identity application, which you will do more the once and nothing will change.
And im writing this review after experience of payouts and bans, also asking a bunch of people about their experience.
i waited for my payout for over a month, got banned for what they call account sharing, which if it was real there would've been a change of champions or items or jungle clearing or cs count, there was none but mostly it was because i won over joining credit ladders and won money without depositing any, if this was wrong please dont lie to people.
after all this was a bad experience, thought it was legit and turns out its not, take care people you're going to waste your time without gaining anything.
gamercraft answered with "unbanned more people than I can count in the past, some of which were our mistake" which people can see how they treat banned people saying the decision was final and will not discuss with you about anything, how would people believe what you guys say. also even if you say i named a few of the reasons that could show tendencies of account sharing, my matches were identical to the past games and i was banned for no reason, if you manually review the account by many members, then change those members because obviously they are not doing their best on this, as long as you guys keep keep getting suspicious about every player uses your platform this isnt gonna workout for you guys, and I can show you that my id was verified and i waited over a month (not in April) so still lies over lies.

Hello there,
We do not ban people without reason. While we do have an anti-cheat system that is running 24/7/365, we also take the time to review accounts manually by many members of our team.
We also have unbanned more people than I can count in the past, some of which were our mistake. We are not afraid to admit mistakes we've made when we have made them.
As for the payouts, on average, the user is paid out within 5-7 business days if their ID verification is approved and compliant, your Gamercraft account is compliant and you have properly set up all your payment information correctly.
Additionally, the implementation of having your ID verified was just done at the end of April and added to the app just a few weeks ago. So seeing a delay in payments was to be expected since there was an increased amount of IDs that had to be manually verified.
You will never get banned for winning ladders or not depositing any money, as we have a huge base of user's who have never deposited a single dollar. Additionally, you only named a few of the reasons that could show tendencies of account sharing, but you definitely have missed a few.
We strive to make this the most fair competitive playing field and have zero toleration for anyone who breaks our rules, especially when it comes to smurfing and account sharing.

They banned me for smurfing/sharing account i submitted my appeal and only received automated response from support telling me that the decision was final, nor did she take the time to review my side of the story. I never took adventage or broke the rules at any time and their automatic anti-cheat system never detected me ?? They manually banned me because one guy complaing in discord 30mins after that i got banned no Make sense 4 months playing in gamercraft for this .

Hello there,
Our anti-cheat system is running at all moments of the day, constantly scanning and analyzing every user's accounts, multiple times throughout a day, week, month, essentially through their entire Gamercraft career.
Our anti-cheat system constantly leaves notes / flags on a user's account when it detects it. While Gamercraft does review each report that comes in for a player, we do not take in user's complaining / witch hunting on Discord and you would have not of been banned due to complaints.
Additionally, we often cannot share exact details of why your account was banned for more than a greater reason than smurfing / account sharing because if our anti-cheat system's criteria is public, then a user can just manipulate, game and abuse it, defeating the purpose of the anti-cheating system. This is a widely known strategy by just about every single game and developer with an anti-cheat system.
Our anti-cheat system has many criteria, some examples (but not all) include things like catching on account sharing tendencies, KDA, Level to Rank Ratio, MMR, and so many more.
We strive to make this the most fair competitive playing field and have zero toleration for anyone who breaks our rules, especially when it comes to smurfing and account sharing.

And what you are saying about taking loans with your ID makes no sense (we use a third-party verification partners aligned with global standards to ensure the highest grade of privacy and security.)
You are not receiving prizes because you got banned for cheating and attempting to defraud Gamercraft, Inc.
You are always welcome to follow our appeal process by explaining your case. Bans can always be overturned if you decide to be honest.

Really bad services, read carefully
Really bad services. I played on it to perform a data analysis. Considering a normal distribution, gamercraft is not doing well. They are suppose to match same level players, they don't. The only price you can expect to get is the 6-10th position half refund price. So basically on the long run, you'll end up losing money. Why? 2 reasons, first, you're mostly going to play against smurf. From my data analysis, it is nearly impossible that some players win that much game with these KDA, a LoL fair game must normally be 50/50 chance (normal distribution), and gamercraft confirm that they have a anti smurf system. They don't. Second reason, the rake. Gamercraft is taking 20% as very minimum rake. On some tournament (250$ for 1000 participant paying 1$) they take 75% tax. The combined 2 facts lead to the point that you can not make money if you're not smurfing, following logic and analysis.
Other bad point, the scoring mechanism. It totally destroy the game : 3 points per kill, -3 per kill, 2 per assist, -1 point per 30sec after 30min. This is not the way you should play LoL. Some excellent websites such as op.gg made interesting score mechanism with big algorithms. On op.gg you have a score going from 0 to 10 based on multiple aspect of the game, not only kills and death. Gamercraft system rewards big monkeys game with 100 kills at 30min, where smurfs are doing easy, killing and ending the game at the very last moment.
To give an example about the mediocrity of this system : imagine you totally stomp a game, you did your best jungle work, game is done at 15 min. Opponent team surrend at 15, you're in 4/0/7. This game is going to bring you 86 points. To be in top 3 you generally need 130 points/game at least. Result is that this game is bad for gamercraft. While on op.gg you'll be granted a super high score. They really need to work on this.
