Hello there, sorry to hear some of your prizes were delayed. Good news though, our prize payouts are back to 5-7 business days! We were working hard to expand our payout prize process to allow for more options and control over your prizes and also increasing our payout security system to be able to detect fraud / exploiters more quickly and easily! As for the ladders, we are always listening! Each week we have an internal meeting for tournament planning and we review the feedback from our users. Feel free to leave a suggestion on our support page and it'll be discussed during our next tournament planning meeting! (:

Good but there is alot of room for improvement.
The idea of the app is great presenting alot of competitive play for all ranks of league players and its no scam I can confirm <3. However the community is a -1, the players can be very negative and toxic, smurfs is a problem and I feel like the admins have very little game knowledge to deal with these problems, the app is also vey buggy at times. Also the app does not promote solo play for tournaments so be prepared to look for a team. When it works its great tho :D. all together i say a 3 out of 5 is fair.
