I was having an issue with the game I was playing and could not resolve it. Staff helped me for numerous hours until we got it fixed. They were patient with me (I am not tech savvy) and never gave up till everything was working for me. I highly recommend Gaming Host Bros for their great service.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this site and my experience with it. Setting up the server was really easy and when I did face trouble, the customer service was really supportive and helpful. They were quick and easy to talk to. The prices were great as well in comparison to most the others sites i’ve been on. Overall a great experience would recommend to anybody looking for an easy affordable server.

Servers were always solid and interface was user friendly and modern. The purchase and (when I was finished playing the game) cancellation process was also pain free.

Everything was very straightforward and customisable, lots of options and guides for common issues, multiple of which I used when I just misunderstood or had trouble setting things up on my Minecraft server. Customer service is relatively quick and incredibly helpful and understandable, helped me incredibly quickly set up a refund during a tight month too, after accidentally letting a payment go through

really fast response with an issue we had.. Had a little lag when entering the new biome, but that went away once chunks loaded in.. Recommend for Enshrouded for sure!
