Awesome Retro gaming Console!
Took my simple raspberry pi system and loaded it up with ALL of the games I remember from my childhood from the 80's through the early 2000's. It was a simple plug and play, if you have basic computer hardware skills you can do this. Great + responsive customer service too. Highly recommended!

That sounds awesome! It's fantastic that you were able to relive your childhood with all those classic games. Raspberry Pi projects can be so rewarding, especially when you can easily set them up and enjoy the nostalgia. Great to hear you had a positive experience with the customer service too! Do you have a favorite game from that era that you’re particularly excited to play again?

I purchased the Nintendo emulator for…
UPDATE: Max reached out to me and has resolved the situation. He went above and beyond to get me the new unit quickly and my husband was happily gaming two days later. The system itself is great and has all the games, even the rare not so popular ones he likes to play. I purchased the Nintendo emulator for my husband for our anniversary. He played it for one week, and then the games would not load. When you select a game from the list it just brings you back to the list. My husband and I have been trying to reach customer support for over a week now. We have sent messages and emails and have not heard anything back. I’m so disappointed and apparently out $200.

UPDATE: Tanya, It’s a pleasure to assist you and learn your husband’s story. Gaming means so much, and it saddens me that he was without games for days. I’m thrilled that you’re both back to gaming now! Thank you for your business and the chance to resolve the issue. God bless gamers! Tanya, Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the wait. I have arranged for a replacement console and a backup disk to be shipped today, order # GG7882. I also upgraded the shipping to priority mail at no extra cost to expedite the solution. As a fellow gamer, I understand the frustration of being without games. Thank you again for your business and for the opportunity to resolve this issue. Please keep me updated. God bless gamers!
