If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this site, have sent several emails and calls and no response. Never received my product and was charged. Currently filing for fraud on this company.

Disappointed
On 4/16 I ordered a wireless controller. They sent me an email with a tracking number for usps. Even now the tracking number is still saying it has been created but not given to usps. I have emailed them with no response. Please do not buy from this company. I did not like that I had to even give 1 star.

Customer Support is a dismal. Contacted them after a week from order date as the FAQ advised they ship from Delaware and ship within 1 business day. Reply I received is that they don't have my shipping address. Which is odd because I selected (shipping - billing) during checkout process and the email I replied to clearly displayed my address. Secondly, why am I having to reach out to be informed you're missing my address. Two weeks later and they shipped it snail mail and it doesn't acknowledge the shipping center as received the package. Have contacted their customer support and no feedback to date. Will update my review once I hear back.
