Game gear support no help. Tried to fix my broken device. Still ended up broken. Asked them to send me a new one and they never replied back No good stay away

We had issues with the controller not properly playing the N64 portion of the system. We sent the item back for review, and received it Weeks later in a new device with the same exact issues. Totally unacceptable, we regret our purchase. For the price that you spend, it is easier and better to opt for the state of the art system with a reputable company. Avoid this purchase.

The first game consoles we received didn't work. The second replacement also didn't work. We received a refund from Amazon. QC is an issue with the products we received.

The console I purchased is a fun idea but is very cheaply made and not worth the money I paid for it. It's slow to start up and frequently has to be restarted during game play. During game play, the games suddenly slow down and the music sounds broken. This happens often and pretty much defeats the purpose of owning this console.

Update: After months of waiting I've finally gave up. I bought a 16gb snes/nes mega pack. A lot of the games lagged or/and had bad sound. Customer service was working with me on a solution, then one day told me they couldn't process my warranty order because there payment system was down.(yet they can some how still accept payments from new customers) I've been waiting since july for a response, but have heard nothing. So I'm stuck with a mediocre system that has a lot of games that are unbearable to play because of lag Update: Max has contacted me and is continuing to try and help me resolve the issue The system has issues with lag and garbled music. It's also randomly freezes mid game and the only way it powers off is by unplugging. Max was working with me on, but stopped responding to my emails for a fix

Played for a bit then the system had an error!after that the system went blank!the very day I got it!👎what a waste of money!!

After ordering snes classic for Christmas, kids opened it up a week late. It would not power up, after finally contacting Max, he sent a new console. This one turned on, but the games were bery sluggish. Decided to just cut my losses snd return the product. I contacted Max to get instructions for a return. No answer. Finally found return procedure on the website. I sent it back 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I’m beginning to feel like I’m out $100 plus shipping. Do yourselves a favor, find another place to buy this. Edit: original order number GG5099

I’m pretty sure gamegear deletes comments (definitely the negative ones from their website!). They were super helpful and responsive until you buy their faulty product, after that they went completely silent! No way of returning either! After posting negative comments they started responding and sent me a card that was meant to improve play, which it didn’t too much. Horrendous customer service! This is not an honest company.
