Excellent product! My family loves the vintage games and many of our friends are hoping to order a console as well.

I am very happy with my purchase of the mini nintendo game system. It has over 600 games on it, from sega, atari, nintendo wii and super nintendo. It is definitely worth it. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a variety of games to play.

My grandson's birthday gift arrived on time.....especially difficult during this time of year. Unfortunately, it was too similar to a game set he already had, so I had to return it. Customer service was excellent with emails after I placed my order informing me my package was sent. Customer service was also very helpful when I had to return my purchase. I received a refund in a timely manner. I would continue to be a customer of Game Gear for these reasons.

My item was not delivered correctly but the Game Gear team immediately emailed me and told me that they were resolving the issue. I got the game and it works great. Thank you for addressing my issue.

I had placed an unusual order that required several extra steps both of handling and shipping. The order required good attention to detail. The Game Gear folks went out of their way to make it all happen plus they kept me well informed of the various stages the order was in. Their communication clearly demonstrated that they knew what they were talking about as it related to both the shipping and handling.
