Terribly slow redemptions and does not provide much information as to when the redemption will be processed. I submitted my redemption on 2/17 and still hasn't been processed. I was told on Sunday that it would "probably " be paid this week , it's now Thursday and still has not been paid. No point in spending money and playing at casinos like this if youre not going to get paid. At this point indont believe I will ever see my redemption proceeds.
