DON’T PLAY HERE!!!!I wish I had seen these reviews sooner! I wouldn’t be in this position now! I opened a account on 03/13/26 I purchased a coin package on 03/13/26 I won so I put in a redemption request for $390 on 03/14/26 after completing and passing my KYC I never Recieved it I stayed in contact with support the whole time they kept telling me it was coming then this morning I go to check it on 03/22/26 and can’t log in it says account closed!! I’ve tried emailing them and get no response now !! Are you serious! I was polite to them the whole time they kept making excuses then with no reason given just close my account now nothing from them…they will not pay now I have to figure out where to go to file a dispute I actually liked the site in general until this!!! I just can’t believe it !!

If they haven't paid you this is what you need to do. File a complaint with your states gaming commission or similar agency that handles these type things. That's what I did and about a week later they paid me. They didn't notify me or anything just one day the money was in my account. I would advise anyone thats owed money from these scammers to file something ASAP. They will get correspondence letting them know you filed the complaint and let's face it they don't want states in their business. So at that point it's in their best interest to pay you. Like I said it worked for me. I had been waiting on my money for over 45 days before filing the complaint, then a week later got paid. I know the complaint i filed had something to do with finally getting my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I was hoping this would be so different. I purchased $200 in coins back on Feb 9th. I was able to increase my total to $2500. I requested a redemption after going through the KYC process originally, and then sending extra personal documentation to verify my current address. That was on 02/18.. The redemption is still pending. Almost every day, I follow up to try and obtain an update and the responses all follow the same verbiage . They apologize, state that redemption times are delayed right now, yet I cant get a confirmation that mine is either approved or any timetable for processing. After 3 weeks, I have to face the inevitable. The operator , MDG Entertainment LLC discloses on its web page an address in Mill Neck NY. The same company which has an address in Wyoming. I went to the State department site. It shows an overdue date from 11/25 for its annual report. It also states that a trademark sign which is being used has not yet been assigned for review as of today's date.

They denied my redemption when my verification was approved and I have been waiting on it since the 3rd of February. The email said it would stay in my account and then they turned around and closed my account. Don't do business with them, they are nothing but thieves! I'm making a complaint with the BBB and I'm contacting a lawyer, I will sue them!

Bought the welcome bonus. Won big. Account was closed and purchase refunded. They said they didn't want my business--literally. This site is a scam. It is run by lowlifes who only want to take money from losing customers. They deserve to be shut down. I would encourage to just go ahead and skip this casino and their unethical behavior.

My review is a 0, it just wasn’t an option. This place sucks. I won $350 on 12/10/25. Still have not received it. The support just keeps telling me to be patient and a different excuse every time I reach out. That my redemption is still pending and it’s due to the flux, whatever the hell that means. I have never experienced this with a casino and hate writing bad reviews. This review is warranted though. DO NOT PLAY THIS CASINO.
