Won 150$ went thru the verification process and they still won't give me my money. I get no response from customer service. Just nothing. Do not load any money with these people. They will never pay you.

I purchased a package. I lost the funds. I purchased another package and lost the funds. I purchased another package and finally won. After trying to redeem, the company denied the redemption, accusing me of "exploiting" a technical glitch within their system when making a purchase. They confiscated all of my funds. I did not "exploit" anything, as I was not aware of any technical glitch. I purchased the package they offered me.

I signed up over a week ago and am still unable to place a redemption. I uploaded all documents and they just haven’t verified my profile which in turn renders me unable to redeem. So my account has just been in limbo. SweepsKings has to be the most useless site vouching for these types of casinos and directing us there. I’ll update my review if they ever find the time to verify me and pay me but this is pretty ridiculous. If you don’t want to pay people when they win you should probably get into a different business aside from gambling.

Today is Thursday, tomorrow is Friday but everyday a new casino opens that is of questionable legitimacy. I like to explore these casinos to protect the consumer. I made my way to this casino and I can verify what the other reviews experienced. Where is the Sportsbook? I signed up for this account maybe a week ago and yesterday I bought the first purchase package for $25 that credits your account with $50. I sent a message trying to get help navigating the site. It told me I was being connected with someone, but that never happened. So I filled out a form with my name and email to get directions on how to access their Sportsbook or an explanation / trouble shooting tips regarding why the link isn’t working. Gamedayzone has rules pertaining to a Sportsbook listed with their terms and policies, so I assume it exists. The lack of feedback from customer support is a red flag. Their casino games seem good, but I’m not feeling great about spending money on a site I can’t fully access. Maybe there’s a logical explanation related to my location that would explain why the Sportsbook isn’t popping up for me. I might feel better about this if someone gets back to me. There’s another thing I noticed regarding the new customer package. It looks like you can do the $25 for $50 deal more than once. The package shows up that way prior to making your first purchase. Those same discounted prices are listed in a “buy again” package. But once I made a purchase the discounted packages were gone. It’s not a huge deal, just seems misleading. There aren’t daily log in rewards, so it would be challenging for me to meet the $100 minimum redemption criteria without putting more money in. It feels foolish to spend more money in the absence of basic reassurances regarding the functionality and legitimacy of this platform. I’d recommend using caution with this site. UPDATE: Customer support did respond and prompted me to check back because their Sportsbook is not live at this time. I will check back and update Trustpilot regarding my experience. Final update: This one really was not useful to me due to the fact that there was no functioning Sportsbook. Had that critical component been up and running I might have given this platform a higher rating.
