game delivery takes to long

Just bought Skyrim: Legendary Edition (didn't want SE because mods). The key was available right away and worked with no problems. Easy transaction.

Quick easy, pleasent shopping

So I was a fool, and bought a game I didn't mean to. The game was already owned by me, and I redeemed the key to my steam account, and it SUCCESSFULLY redeemed when it shouldn't have, because I already owned the game (it really shouldn't have even been possible with the steam system)! So, they gave me store credit to buy the game I actually wanted, even though my account had eaten their key for the other game (I asked them to revoke that other key). Quite satisfied with them, considering I done goofed and it was more perhaps a fault with the steam system than their key. Plus they responded very quickly to my inquiry.

Quick and Easy!

I was very hesitant at purchasing a great deal on this website as I have not heard of this company before. I took the leap of faith, purchasing the deluxe edition and the season-pass. Minutes later, I receive an email from GameBillet support wishing to double-check my order as the deluxe edition had already come with it's season-pass - something that was not noted ANYWHERE on Steam's product page (I looked hard). Once I thanked their customer service, I informed them I only needed the season-pass that came with the game and they refunded me the price I paid for the season-pass. I thank GameBillet very much for their actions of pausing my order and reaching out to me with such haste, I definitely recommend them! :-)
