Incredible

Purchased the wrong game in error, filled out an online form and sent an email to their support team requesting a refund and I haven’t heard anything back yet which doesn’t exactly instil me with much confidence. What’s going on? Happy to revise my review if I’m proven wrong, but at the moment I don’t rate the service. EDIT: Thank you. Product refunded.

I just bought a game 40% off and it worked perfectly. Since this is my first and only purchase I am hesitant to give it 5 stars but this site seems to be very good and reliable!

Great site, great prices and great service. - While this site is legitimate, be careful when paying with card, something weird happened an my card got locked down. (Maybe its because the sites based in another country from me in US and maybe there was a bad conflict.) - Depending on the payment method (eg Paypal) you may be charged a little more than what it says on the product page.

good but no explination on how to activate key

I purchased Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition for $36.47 (normally $74.99), which is a very great deal and the best around at this time. However, there was an issue where my Credit Card was double-charged, but the second charge was declined, and I received a call from a Fraud Alert line. I was only out the initial charge amount, but in case someone else gets double charged and the second charge is not declined, I wanted to mention this as a fair caution. Also, if I had not dealt with the Fraud Alert call and let it go to voicemail like I so often do with most calls, my card and bank account could have been locked out to prevent further fraud, and this would have been a big hassle for me. Thankfully it wasn't, but you should be aware of this just in case.

Order takes too much time, but in the end it was delivered

1 star less than perfect coz of the 4 minute delay sending the key! Other than that...Great offer and legitimate! (Fm21)
