Bought Farming Simulator 19 and got my game almost instantly. Highly recommended

I'm changing my review, game billet customer service did respond to my review on Trust Pilot. They have now completed my order, and issued me credit as well, which is greatly appreciated. However I was stuck in limbo for over 7 days. I placed my order a week ago, there ended up being some issues providing the key, I submitted 4 customer support requests (via their contact us webpage) over the course of a week. I received 0 responses to my support requests from gamebillet. It's very frustrating, when you have given a internet company money, and there is no way to contact them if a problem arises. Out of frustration I submitted a negative review on Trust Pilot, which did trigger help from gamebillet's support. So I guess I can say, gamebillet does work, but if you have any issue with an order, good luck getting any contact from them.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like. Prices are often great, you receive your orders instantly, customer support is amazing (Thanks Denis!). I would definitely be looking to buy them again.

Not only does GameBillet have some stellar deals, they also have quality service. My transaction went smoothly and as expected, and I received my key in less than 5 minutes. Although I didn't need to utilize their Customer Support, I did research it before buying the game, and what I saw both here on Trustpilot and on Reddit contributed to my decision in making my purchase on GameBillet.

Just signed up today and made my first purchase (risk of rain 2)with paypal, straightforward and got my key activated promptly! Will likely use them again!

Honestly it was my first time buying something with this company and first it took around 30 minutes before i decided to contact with the support because the key was apparently stucked and i couldn´t redeem it but the support literaly took around 10 minutes to solve my issue and i really appreciate this.
