You products are made in China
You products are made in China. I was not aware of this when I made my purchase. I thought, based on your ads they were made in the US by military veterans. Had I known they were made in China up front I would not have bought them.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
The packaging was awful!!! I ordered a veteran cap and they shipped it in an envelope. My cap was destroyed and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this company!

Ordered a cap for my husband as a gift…
Ordered a cap for my husband as a gift - the I’m a grumpy old veteran cap. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the material, the lettering which most likely won’t last a year, and the US Air Force insignia is not correct. Don’t know where they got the insignia for that from. A cheap looking cap - not worth the price I paid.

BAD DELIVERY - never received products or refund
I hate giving bad reviews to any company, but when I pay my hard-earned money for products, I expect to get them! I have not received the personalized veteran hats that I ordered. When tracking the package, the post office says it had my name and city but NO street address; therefore, it couldn't be delivered. It was shipped back to NY, and now NY has sent it somewhere that they can't tell me. I tried to contact the company, but there was no answer to my email; there was no phone number to call and leave a message. I want either my hats or my money back. So disappointed.
