Great Service and Fine Product
There was a problem with the name on the sleeve. The service department was quick to reply and took care of the problem. I was quite pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this company. I will probably purchase something again in the future.

Responds well to email replies Considering the distance product travels, it didn't take as long as it could have. My only real complaint is that the doormat was not what I thought. I liked the looks of it but it was to thin for outside doormat.
