Never got my order, the company didn’t answer me for weeks.
I was so excited when I ordered the phone case. It never came, and I reached out 3 times to see if we could resolve this issue. Basically, they told me to talk to my neighbors and look for it. Very disappointed with this company.

Ordered a shirt in the wrong size and…
Ordered a shirt in the wrong size and immediately emailed them to please fix. Weeks later I still get the wrong size and if you want exchange, its a long process. Just stay away. Quality is also low.

I have promoted their products, but they didn’t pay me. I reached out via email many times but never received a response, not even on Instagram. Should this be considered a scam company? Affiliates, please be wise—let’s protect this industry from dishonest practices.

Schlechte Qualität
Schlechte Qualität Einige Modelle von Galartsy kann man auch auf Aliexpress oder Temu finden. Also am Besten die Wunschschuhe einmal kontrollieren aus welcher Quelle sie eigentlich stammen

Paid for art, got TEMU
“Oh, what a cute and original little necklace!" Or so I thought. Too bad I didn’t bother to look any further, because then I would’ve noticed that Galartsy just bought the exact same thing off Temu for a couple of euros. Just lovely. Maybe they should change this line in about us: Galartsy is more than just a brand, it's a movement dedicated to bringing the beauty of fine art to the masses in Dedicated to bringing the beauty of cheaply produced trinkets to the masses for ten times the price. They asked for my review, but didn’t publish it, so here it is.

Starry Night Ring: Not to recommend
Starry Night Ring: "925 Silver" - looks almost like copper after 2 weeks of wearing, now swimming with it or anything like that. Shouldn't happen with 925 silver. Colors and details don't match in the slightest with how the ring is portraited on the website. Just one type of dark blue and instead of a gold covered "moon" i have something like a greenish - yellow stain.
