Placed my order on July 26, but come August 4th, the shipping information still wasn't updating; there seemed to be a problem somewhere along the chain. I reached out and Jessica in Customer Service reached out almost immediately stating that she would look into it. They arrived with no further delay on August 11th. I got the Great Wave shoes. I was so impressed with the Customer Service, and the shoes themselves are sturdy, impressive, and detailed. I'm very happy and will likely order again in the future. Thanks Galartsy :)

The sneaker have decent quality. I ordered two so far and they look amazing. Customer service are also very komd and helpfull.And i wouldnt histate to order again.

I had an issue with the delivery company, I had ordered 2 packages, only receiving one of them. I contacted both Galartsy and Urvaam (the delivery company). The latest one simply didn't answer and just went away with it. On the other hand, Galartsy was quite interested in how the delivery was. Since I hadn't received the another package, they sent me another one, free of charge. (In this case, the delivery company was Amazon instead of Urvaam). So after all, I had an overall great experience as long as Urvaam is not involved :P. Thanks a lot Galartsy!

I love my 'starry night' watch. Having a black, strong strap, this goes with Any outfit. This watch looks so stylish & I love having something that, is different from the 'norm'. So many people have commented on, how lovely this watch looks, I am over the moon with, my purchase & look forward to wearing it for years to come. The service was great & quick delivery. I bought the blue silk sneakers. They are one of my favorite pairs of shoes now. The price is very fair and i can definitely recommend them. Take into account a few weeks waiting time due to shipping from china but the wait is worth it in my opinion
