This shop is real in the sense that you will get what you order, but it will take a long time since it’s coming from China, and the sizing and quality of the items was very different than I expected. I ordered what looked like a screen printed tshirt, but the design was made with something more like heat transfer vinyl. The button down shirt I ordered looked oversized on the model but I had read to size up so I ordered a large. I could barely button it and the sleeves didn’t reach my wrists. They are allowing me to return the items but I have to pay the shipping back to China. Just avoid.

I ordered 3 products but received only 2. The ones received were wonderful. However, the third item was not. Their customer Service, 7/7, is non existent. You cannot get through on their phone number. "We're busy helping other customers". Then the email referral. I have several responses but no follow up. The last one said they needed my permission to allow them to send me a replacement? My last response was where is it and when should I receive this permission slip? Your beautiful merchandise deserves better customer service.

One product arrived "fast" or at least in time, but the other it has been taking at least 2 months and no updates

Was browsing in Canadian dollars, told me $85. Only after payment I found in the confirmation email that they charged USD instead of CAD, so it cost me $120 CAD. Told them immediately by email, and that I want to cancel if it's $120. They did not cancel my order, and told me "rest assured, 85$ USD is charged" (which was my exact problem...). After that, no response to emails. Received the shoes, which are okay but not worth 120$ in my eyes. Will go through my creditcard company finally to fix this since Galartsy is just blatantly ignoring my emails.

Bought a jacket. Zipper was broken upon opening package. Boots are good but small for listed size.

Very fragile shoes. soles come off the shoe after 2 months barely casual wearing! Really bad quality!!!

I was really looking forward for the shoes but unfortunately it doesn’t have a good quality and the size is not designed for women, cause it’s not fit and I have lots of space on top of my feet and fingers. And about the earrings, it’s not what I expected but it’s not bad.

Received my Galartsy package. Pleased with the watch , although the battery was already running which probably means it won't last very long! Ordered a size XXL t shirt , it's tiny! I've given to a friend who is a size 12 and it's about the right size. It's not XXL although the label states that! Sort your sizes out Galartsy!
