Beware! I purchased a bomber jacket for $160. The quality and fit was very poor, with thin material and an extremely long torso that's supposed to be "unisex" but not shaped for a woman's figure. I tried to return it but was told it was made "on demand" and not eligible for return. This was NOT mentioned on the product page or home page. You have to go to the refund page, open the link and find out which products are not refundable. Shop elsewhere!

Bad quality - shoes do not look like the photos on the website - stay away! I purchased a pair of Van Gogh 'Starry Night' sneakers. Was excited about these, but very disappointed when they arrived as they do NOT look like the photos advertised on the website. In the website photos, the shoes have vibrant blues, greens, yellow, etc - sharp and differentiated colors. The actual colors on the shoes are so faded that one can barely make out that there are different blues... everything just looks grey-ish (even the black). It would be impossible to tell that these were supposed to represent 'Starry Night' given how grey they are. Customer service has been terrible; they don't respond for days after emailing, and then when they finally replied after a week of my emailing asking for a replacement or return (supplying photos compared with the photos on their website, to emphasize how completely different the shoes look), their customer service then tried GASLIGHTING me by saying that the discrepancy in colors was due to the lighting or my computer monitor settings. Ha! Give me a break. (I work with AI and am competent with computers - there is no way to account for the bright colors in the photos on their website.) Do not waste your money.

Sur l'image, le produit semble très beau. Il est mis en valeur. Oui, le "ruban van gogh" est un ruban. Un simple ruban de tissu proposé à un prix exorbitant pour ce qu'il est véritablement, qui ne pourra jamais servir ses intentions de cache-cou, voire de foulard. En outre, le choix du livreur laisse à désirer - une livraison annoncée commencée dès 7h36, pour une livraison à la va-vite à 19h50. Ce n'est pas la faute du livreur, mais du choix de l'entreprise. Très déçus.

J’ai acheté une paire de Galartsy « Nuit étoilée ». Au premier abord, la paire est effectivement jolie visuellement. En revanche, après seulement quelques mois d’utilisation normale, la qualité s’est révélée très médiocre : – les tissus ont commencé à déteindre, – la colle s’est détachée à plusieurs endroits, – et surtout, la semelle (très fine) s’est percée au niveau du talon et de la zone de flexion. Résultat : l’eau s’infiltre dès qu’il y a un peu d’humidité au sol, comme si l’on marchait en chaussettes dans des flaques. Pour un produit vendu à un prix aussi élevé, c’est totalement inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement cette marque, dont la qualité ne correspond absolument pas au tarif pratiqué.

Products arrived defected and there is no guidance for returns. They dont reply any emails or calls for the contact or any further information. Also the quality of the products are really low. Total waste of money.. Not recommended.

This is just a scammer company Short - - bad Quality on products, not washable. - horrible customer service. Lost my order , almost refunded me for the wrong item. - don't bother to return they won't approve it because they won't pick it up. 6 months I waited for them to pick up and they never did. - legit do not care about their customers at all, - only cares when I contact the credit card company. The story First, the quality of the 2 items I bought were awful, t shirt made of plastic not washable and not wearable. The second item a van Gogh jumper was way to big and did not have the correct measurements according to website. However when I pointed out the flaws I only got approved return for one item. And they were supposed to be delivered back on my cost. After a lot of arguing they tried to give me another item instead of actually paying me back. I told them no and they gave me a return adress I sent it and never got an answer. Then it was just silence. Nothing after week they told me if you don't send return Id we will not pay you the refund even if they receive the return. After spamming them they told me a refund was placed... For a jacket... That wasn't even in the order. After that it was : we need to approve the return after we get it .sure but they never ever picked it up and didn't contact me or anything. Figuring out I was never going to get my money back from them I asked my credit card company to put the payment on hold. They didn't like that. Then I asked them if they received the return and they never replied. This was May and the return was sent in March.... Today I november I got the items back and our currier explained that they never even tried to pick it up That s how little they care about their items. now I'm still out 250 sek because I paid for the return and they don't even bother to pick it up.
