I've ordered shoes and a dress. The shoes were very nice, but the dress doesn't have the correct fit. I have sent several emails to ask for the return address, but haven't received any reaction. Now I'm over 14 days, so I'm even sure if they are gonna act difficult about the return. Very bad customer service. It seems like they only reply to emails, where no refund is needed.

my T shirt was smaller than expected, although in reviews and the product info I was led to believe the garments came up big.

Very uncomfortable. Even painful if you walk around the city. I'll try to solve it buying an insole but I don't have much hope. Otherwise I don't see myself using them that often. It's worth noting that the fitting is not the problem since the size is the right one. The shoes are beautiful, just as in the pictures. Materials are a bit questionable but I guess is what you would expect for the price. I just hope they are durable.

Item not entirely as described.Van Gogh Hooded Dress - The stitching is okay, the print looks like an iron on which will eventually come off in the wash. The measurements for the length and bust are around 10cm smaller than stated. I ordered the Medium but the size tag has been cut out and there is no other wash label. Paid £80 with discounts, it's worth about £35. Far too short to be worn as a dress - as advertised (unless you are a petite size 6-8). Such a shame as the design is lovely but the quality of materials and sizing is poor. The entire hoody is made from the ribbing fabric which is normally only used for cuffs and necklines!

So it took forever to get my shirt, which is fair because it's coming directly from China. The packaging looked like someone wrapped a cocaine brick and left it on my doorstep. Unacceptable, given I paid at least $25 for this shirt. Also, I'm confused at what the shirt material is suppose to be. It feels like a duplicate of 32 Degrees cool. I should've known. The prices are ridiculously high for strictly average quality. Never buying here again. I'm sure there are many other sites like this one that are based in the U.S. or Europe with quality ten times better than this.
