I ordered two pairs of sneakers at the same time. One pair I received with a week or so. I love them, the size is right and they are comfortable. My problem is that the other pair still hasn’t been shipped. It’s been three weeks now and the status hasn’t changed. I contacted Galartsy multiple times about this, but they just ignore my messages. Their policy states that a placed order takes 1-3 business days to process before shipment. So not three weeks… The policy also states if the order is delayed or appears to be lost to contact them and they will provide a resolution. But as said, they just ignore e-mails when this is the case.

Still waiting for a order to be delivered. Have sent emails asking for an update, so far nothing. I did receive my first order l. The second seems to have gone awol. Painfuly slow process.

I got my order, i love the product. After some research i found thats dropshipping from alibaba. The prices are 2-10x higher than on alibaba. Just buy there.

When I bought the watch, I didn't expect it to fall apart after one day of wearing it, but it did. We agreed via email to get a full refund, but that was the last message I received from them, and of course I don't have the money. I don't know how else to solve the problem, and I'm very disappointed that my purchase turned out like this.

The pillowcase is white on the back. I find that a little bit tacky. I would have thought the same yellow as on the front would have been a better choice, or another contrasting color that was used in the picture. I still like the pillowcase. It is nice and soft.

I ordered a jacket in a 2XL and it fit more like a medium. Shipping it back cost almost as much as the jacket, so I will just donate it. If you opt to order, plan on keeping the item as shipping back to China is prohibitively expensive. I like the jacket. It just doesn't come close to fitting.
