AWFUL QUALITY. THINGS ARE NOT WORTH THEIR PRICE!!!

I ordered shoes from Galartsy and it arrived late. I wouldn’t have minded that BUT they sent me the wrong shoe size and the wrong color. I sent an email to their customer service team more than a week ago and I have gotten 0 action from them despite my constant follow ups. Waste of money. Very poor customer service and cheap quality.

Total Scam!!!! I ordered the Starry Night Night skirt in size 4XL and it looked nothing like the photo advertised. It was completely cheap and unwearable. It is so short it won't even cover my hips! The fabric is practically transparent. I also ordered a pair of earrings that were not even in the package. I will try to return the skirt and get my money back.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered back in January and it’s now March. My order hasn’t even left the warehouse. They stopped replying to my emails altogether and I had to keep bothering them. Offered me no help at all. Spent €70 and it’s been two months wasted on one single item. Not worth it at all, if I could I’d give 0 stars.

Don't buy from this company if you have breasts. My partner and I have purchased two of the same dress, because I was in love with it and really wanted to wear it to a wedding. We measured the exact measurements both times using the sizing chart for the item. The small was meant to fit me with room per the measurements provided for the item, but was entirely too small around the ribs and bust. We decided to outright buy the medium and ask Galartsy to refund us the small proactively because we were in a hurry to get the dress. The medium came, and while it was bigger around the waist it was EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE around the bust as the small. So now we have two dresses that don't fit and are out over a hundred pounds. Galartsy have yet to get back to us with any real answers about the first item, and we have little faith that we will see our refund for either item.

The zip on my Caravaggio jacket failed on day one. I took it to a repair shop who verified that someone had used the wrong runner for that zip and it would never work. Caravaggio was a genius. The person who put this jacket together was - I’m sadly not allowed to use offensive language here so let’s just say - the opposite of a genius. Galartsy you owe me £10 for the new zip and another £10 for the trouble.

This store has a very very bad quality of objects, everything looks and feels like a toy, poor quality in everything that I bought and i bought a lot of things, the service is auful, I try to get my money back because it was for a present but it didn't arrive on time ( las like 3 or more weeks) and they didn't give me my money back, but I'm glad I didn't give this as a present it would have been embracing, it was a waste of money!

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought something over a month ago for my daughter. Emailed to see where it was. Was told it had been delivered to its destination and a tracking number. The number only showed that it had been delivered to usps. Advised them it was not delivered to destination because I am the destination and have not received it. They then told me they never said that, even though I have the email. I asked multiple times for a tracking number to show me where it was with usps and they evaded the question. Most recent is an email I sent for an update that’s just been ignored, no response at all. Scam company, do not buy from them.
