Bad quality, false advertisement. I bought the van gogh couple rings, they say they're silver on the website but no they're not. These were not cheap either but the quality is horrible. The colors are different from the advertisement and the reviews in their website. Even the shapes are different. The rings are too small and I tried to contact them but I'm still waiting. Don't buy from them.

Ordered magnets and a Van Gogh mug set. Months later they sent me extremely cheap boot/slipper things with no packing information or any info about where it came from. I was confused for days because I had not ordered any cheap shoes. Forward to the last few days when I realised my order had not arrived. After following up and checking my security cameras the shoes I received came on the same day "Lizzie" says my order was delivered. Literal scammers.

Don’t buy from them. I never received my order. This is after three months since I ordered.

They lost my $70.00 package, one year later still no help and no refund or resend or store credit. only rabbit holes. Terrible customer service. Liars.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered three shirts a month ago and heard nothing from galartsy. When I contacted the customer service I had a rude reply and was told it will be another three weeks before I get the package, it had not yet been sent. So I demanded a refund.

I ordered starry night leggings and Matisse earings, they were to be gifts for a work colleague who loves her art. As someone already pointed out youve paid a fair amount of money for these items and when you see a package that is wrapped in grey plastic with an entire roll of selotape around it your heart sinks, this cant possibly be from garlartsy? But it is and your heart sinks even more when you look at the items enclosed, i ordered size xxl im a size 8 i reckon they would have fit me, ive not tried them on for fear they may fall apart, the stitching and quality of material is substandard, id be embarrassed to give them as a gift. The earings, one was good the other looked like a second, the image was not as crisp and detailed. I thought i would return and get my money back but beware some items are non refundable, there is a massive list, i couldnt find a return address lable etc. So decided instead of getting stung again by these people to keep these items and use it as a learning experience. Please do not buy from this place, i believe you will be disappointed

Ordered the Starry Night skirt in a 3x, what came in would be a S here. The cut of the skirt is also completely different than the product images, and the waistband fabric is way larger than the elastic inside of it so it’s just weird

The product shot and the product I received is different product! Its totally SCAM!
