GalartsyReviews of galartsy.com

Total rip off. They sent me the wrong item, plus the "extra large" sweatshirt didn't even match the measurements on their size chart. To return for a refund would cost me more than the order itself. It's a scam. Buyer beware. They didn't even offer to send the correct item. I'll never, ever order from this "business" ever again.

I ordered & was promised at the end of the order that my confirmation would be emailed to me. Days later, no confirmation but I was charged immediately. Luckily (I thought!), I wrote my confirmation # down & sent Galartsy's customer service (?!) the confirmation # & they replied with a case number. Now nearly a week later & nothing. No replies, no refund & when I try to track my stuff it says "not found". UPDATE: Just got another case number! Galartsy is playing games. No customer service. The phone for them is wrong or fake. The only thing they do is take the money...FAST!

Ordered two things, both things arrived looking pretty cheap and not worth the money I'd paid for them. One set of enamel pins was poorly coloured and didnt look anything like the picture. To return it I'd have to send back to China, so didn't bother. A few weeks later I received an email asking to review the products so I did, giving it a one star rating and adding a photo of the received product. The review is still not there 2 weeks later, I believe they have deleted it. I made a negative comment on one of their ads today and 2 hours later, my comment has gone. This is dishonest and disgusting, it makes people think that the quality of what they will receive is higher than it is.

Deceptive marketing practices, very slow shipping, and seemingly-nonexistent customer service offered by this drop-shipper. Bought a dress printed with Van Gogh's Starry Night for my daughter's high school graduation that took over a month to arrive, ultimately showing up a week after she needed it. Now there's no practical way to return it as the cost to ship it back to China is more than the refund I would receive. First and last purchase from this sham company.

I recently ordered from Galartsy. This was a terrible experience. I received an item that was too small and was told that I had to return it by shipping it to China. There was nothing in the item description or on the website stating that it was coming from China or that I would need to pay for return shipping to China. This website is deceptive! Be careful what you order.

It’s bad. They are just drop shippers and have zero customer service. Cheaper if you just use one of the Chinese commerce apps and get the product direct from them for pennies. Watch was 40p on AliExpress but £15 on their site. They’re the same watch.

Really poor quality, I bought a Tshirt with art print on the front - the art image is very pixelated and looks like they've used one of those 'iron on at home' techniques onto a Tshirt. Certainly not worth what I paid!

Have been scammed as this is not the articles shown on the sight they are cheap and nasty you can not get in touch to send them back do not order from these sights
