Wanted to return a cardigan I no longer wanted as so similar to one previously purchased. Despite having an address in London was told need to return to China which will no doubt cost a fortune. Had been satisfied with several items purchased previously but let down by this as obviously trying to avoid returns and refunds. Have also had to chase an item ordered before items already received. Will be end of doing business with this company for me.

I ordered some shoes 6 weeks ago, they didn't ship it until i send them an email 3 weeks later. Then they shipped it from china a week later (you can follow with a tracking) and it assumably would arrived yesterday, but I didn't receive anything. So, I send them another email saying it didn't arrive here. Their response was that it did arrrive and that's that. I didn't get my shoes and i lost my money.

Be careful buying!! I bought these in the size I always buy in all shoes, and based my size off of my foot measurement as suggested, THEY DO NOT FIT TRUE TO SIZE. Having literally measured my foot length,it is smaller than the the size guide and should fit,however the shoes come up very tight. Galartsy potentially need to rethink their size guide as this is clearly misleading. Not only that, please be aware you CANNOT RETURN THESE. this is not mentioned anywhere on the buying page, even stating that returns are "easy" - untrue. These are a "custom" product and they will refuse, again the word custom is mentioned nowhere on the product page,only once you delve into the details of the returns policy do you find this out. A real shame as this feels like a ploy to not have to help you/replace your item should there be an issue,and the shoes are otherwise just as they look in the pictures. Incredibly disappointed by the whole experience

Ich habe nun eine kleine Odyssee mitgemacht. Ich habe ein Produkt dort bestellt, das weder qualitativ noch farblich wie beschrieben war. Die Nähte sind extrem schlecht verarbeitet und der Stoff hat nicht mal annähernd die versprochene Farbe. Nun möchte ich dafür nicht so viel Geld ausgeben und wollte eine Erstattung haben. Der E-Mail Kontakt verlief schnell, jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend. Tatsächlich möchte, das u.a. in GB ansässige Unternehmen, GalArtsy, dass ich ein VERSICHERTES Paket MIT SENDUNGSVERFOLGUNG nach CHINA sende, und zwar nicht nach Hong Kong (wo diese wohl auch einen Firmensitz haben) sondern nach Wuhan. Der Artikel hat 63€ gekostet und der versicherte Versand mit Sendungsnummer kostet bei DHL 45,99€. Da sehe ich absolut nicht den Nutzen drin. Ich wäre ja bereit, das Paket nach England zu senden, aber GalArtsy macht es einem fast unmöglich eine Erstattung zu erhalten. Zum Glück habe ich mit PayPal gezahlt und schon die Käuferschutzoption genutzt, mal sehen wo das hinführt. Bitte unterstützt solche Unternehmen nicht!

I ordered some sneakers from this site. After 3 weeks, I contacted their customer service to check the status. They stated if I didn't receive my product within 14 days, that I'm not eligible for a refund. Really? This company is a scam and needs to be reported

Proceeding my refund was horrible. There are no hotline/customer service numbers you can call as well as no contact formulars to start with the refund. The Process via Email lasted about 6 weeks. I eventually received the correct amount I payed before to my provat bank account, but would never buy a Galartsy's product again.

I ordered the Renaissance bag. When it arrived, it looked a lot cheaper than it had in the pictures but I expected that I suppose. What I didn't expect, was the complete ghosting that has happened since I contacted Galartsy on Facebook via messenger. The nose on the angel was broken and you could see the white contrast against the gold really clearly. I've opened a case on Facebook and since escalated this. I'm awaiting a refund from Paypal. Thank God I paid via Paypal. IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST THIS CHINESE COMPANY Ok so here i am adding more information. If they can't reply to Facebook messages they shouldn't offer this as an option

THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a hoodie. The material was strange and not hoodie like whatsoever. It was more sleek and almost silky. The size I ordered also didn't fit and since I was unhappy with both those things, you would think as an online clothing brand I could return them easily for an exchange or refund. Sending the item back to CHINA would cost more than the item itself. Unless you're willing to gamble on loving the item and it fitting perfect while being made of cheap materials, DO. NOT. BUY.
