We placed our first order incorrectly, but within a short time we indicated that we had chosen the wrong size and asked for it to be corrected. It wasn't possible, even though we placed the order within an hour. I ordered again, in the right size, but I didn't get it.It would be correct if you would send the right size as soon as possible, and the courier would take the shoes that are not the right size.

I bought something from another company the Hydrowaterbottle.co and when I clicked on PayPal this other company Galartsy seemed to be the recipient of my money so obviously a fraudulent transaction, fraud dept has been alerted, don't deal with Galartsy, be aware. Been trying to contact this company since I realised it was a scam but no-one has replied. Trying to get PayPal to sort it but because I authorised payment they're having a problem sorting it. Now had an email from them saying my order has been shipped and surprise surprise it's from china. Original ad I seen about this product said it was British. Can't find a phone number for them either. Found a phone number for them, +13072010469 but either permanently engaged or phone is hung up. Got an email from them last night saying the order has been shipped.

3 weeks or MORE that i'm waiting for my shoes but nothing, tracking is until 23 may and then nothing. I wrote multiple emails but their customer service is useless because if you have a problem they don't answer. NO HELP, NO ANSWERS, NO SHOES, NO MONEY BACK. buy here if you want to waste your money

I was so excited about the 2 tshirts I ordered. After trying them on I thought they ran small. Galartsy does have great customer service and said I could exchange them. IT WOULD COST $30 TO SHIP THEM BACK TO CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm stuck with them. So sad.

For the price I paid, it seems to me that the quality of the fabric was very cheap and didn't look at all similar to the artwork. In addition, the front part of the bust was poorly made. I definitely won't be buying from this store again, it's the first time I've been so disappointed with an online purchase.
