I was hesitant. Kept having minor thoughts. It didn’t help that I accidentally input an incorrect discount code. But the team was dynamite. They couldn’t change the order. But when I asked to cancel the order. They did. A little bit later I decided to get the shoes and I’m glad I did. They are beautiful. Great quality and shipped super fast! The team was more than accommodating and always quick to respond.

Truly recommend this company! I ordered a set of cups and saucers. The delivery company messed up and sent my order back. Galartsy customer service immediately ordered a replacement order. One saucer arrived shattered. I contacted the company again and within a day they had responded and sent a replacement. Their customer service made me feel like I was the most important customer and they ensured I was pleased with my order. The quality of the items is superb.

What a fabulous range of products! Shipping took a while, as expected, but the products are sent from overseas. I had a slight issue with one item & sorting it out with customer service was simple & stress free. I'm REALLY happy with my shoes and t-shirt.
