Back in 2017, I gained 21lbs in about 3 weeks with the original Apetamin pills - went from 86 to 107lbs. Wasn't eating like crazzyyyyyy. Not the fault of Gainswithithyb but I don't think these are as effective as the original Apetamin pills. I also don't like the taste/smell of them although I'm sure it's because this version has multivitamins in it. However, the shipping with Gainswithithyb was very fast so that's great.
