Hi. I apologize for you not receiving it. USPS system is saying that your package was delivered; however, I do understand that packages do get delayed and even lost. I always ensure to replace lost and even delayed packages for my customers & I make it very clear that if there is ever an issue to just let me know about it & we’ll figure out a solution.
