I ended up getting pregnant naturally, but my consult with Tara at Gaia was excellent. Very informative, not salesy. She was genuinely so kind and happy for me when I texted that I got pregnant naturally. Gaia was the first company that would actually give me an actual number of how much the process would cost without me paying $300-$400 just for an initial consult. There is a ton of gatekeeping in this industry where you have to pay $300 just to even hear what the prices are to meet with a doctor you might not even like. I highly recommend at least speaking with Gaia because there are some of the only people in the industry who are willing to talk to you for free, and are genuinely very kind and helpful.

Our consultant was with us every step of the way and answered so many rounds of questions. She made is less ambiguous and we felt more prepared to make the decisions and investment.

My experience with Gaia has been amazing. IVF and infertility are really hard, mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. I didn't know about Gaia prior to picking the fertility clinic. When it came time to pay for treatment, was when I found out my clinic was partnered with Gaia. I was unsure at first, but I filled out a request to have someone contact me. From the very first person I talked to, I knew Gaia was a great option for my husband and me. They gave us different options and made sure to explain all options in great detail that allowed us to make the best decision for our situation. We were going to proceed with IVF regardless of Gaia or not. However, the plan Gaia offered us and the add-ons really assured us in our first IVF journey. The fact that Gaia has built into their plans a second IVF stim round if the first one didn’t work out and unlimited frozen embryo transfers within one round of IVF is amazing and really takes the stress out of that part of IVF. My husband and I were shocked that that was an option for almost the same price the clinic was charging us for one round of IVF stims and one FET. That doesn’t even mention the amazing customer service from everyone you talk to at Gaia. Everyone we spoke to was so kind, supportive and informative. The additional resources, such as a session with a nutritionist and fertility counselor was also an added bonus at no extra cost. In a business that really likes to pretty much nickel and dime patients, Gaia has not done that in my experience. I am so glad my clinic partners with Gaia and that I took the leap of faith to work with them.
