I gave Gaia 2 stars because the communication was very disappointing. My initial conversations were responsive, but once I signed the contract and was trying to make the payment, communication became scarce. I sometimes waited several days for a response despite reaching out by both text and email. For a plan costing over $20,000, I expected more timely communication, especially when I was actively trying to send payment before a time-sensitive IVF cycle. The payment links I was given also did not work, which made the process feel stressful and unsettling. I ultimately moved forward because I trust my fertility clinic and they have worked with Gaia before, but based on my experience so far, I would be hesitant to recommend them.

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and for your honesty even after choosing to move forward with us. What you're describing, slow responses during a time-sensitive payment window, and payment links that didn't work, isn't the experience we want any member to have, especially during an already stressful part of their IVF journey. We're so sorry for the added stress this caused. We are continuously working to improve our processes for all patients, and feedback like yours plays an important part in shaping how we evolve over time. Your experience is exactly the kind of thing we want to fix, and we appreciate you taking the time to flag it. x The Gaia Team
