I have not received order #6819 I placed order June.5 It’s now October.7 I’ve emailed twice , and sent 6 WhatsApp messages No response ?????? My account says “unfulfilled” for the order.. I realize Covid happened... but I. Have received all sorts of other orders from around the world in the last 5 months I would like to be informed with what is going on with my order, this is very bad communication

I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on April 11th. It is now June 2 and I have not received my order. I have emailed them multiple times to check on my order. About 2 weeks ago I was informed that they had lost my order and would ship another product to me. They have not provided me with a tracking number so I have no idea if it was shipped or when it is expected to arrive. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed in their service.
