I have not received order #6819 I placed order June.5 It’s now October.7 I’ve emailed twice , and sent 6 WhatsApp messages No response ?????? My account says “unfulfilled” for the order.. I realize Covid happened... but I. Have received all sorts of other orders from around the world in the last 5 months I would like to be informed with what is going on with my order, this is very bad communication

I ordered a paint by numbers canvas on April 11th. It is now June 2 and I have not received my order. I have emailed them multiple times to check on my order. About 2 weeks ago I was informed that they had lost my order and would ship another product to me. They have not provided me with a tracking number so I have no idea if it was shipped or when it is expected to arrive. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed in their service.

we needed artwork for new house, ordered 3 piece canvas ready to hang. paid for expedited shipment. not only did not show up in time, it came rolled up not framed. Now.. the artwork is beautiful and they claim they are sending new framed ones, so we will see.
PS
Purchase came well before expected and looks just as pictured.
