I tried to cancel my order before you guys ever shipped the ring out. It's a generic, nothing special about it ring and was told I would have to pay 35% restocking fee. You all are scammers and liars. It says right on your website 100% refund with in 30 days of receiving the ring.. you haven't even shipped it out and I'm being told I have to pay a 35% restocking fee. I GUESS I'm stuck with the dumb ring now. I will definitely tell everyone and anyone about this experience.

We financed a wedding and engagement ring through Gage. The engagement ring has twice been sent off and "repaired" (replaced by a new ring) due to manufacturer defect. The customer service has been absolutely embarrassing. The last rep we worked with completely ignored our requests for updates and to be contacted by her supervisor. Others may have had great success with the company and its products, but we aren't those people.

Been 22 days since order placed for an engagement ring. Still yet to receive it. Do not expect quickly! Tried telling me didn't have setting in stock when threatened to cancel order they suddenly found one! If not shipped by tomorrow and received by Friday the order will be cancelled! Unacceptable had it all planned for this weekend! Apparently 25 days after purchase might just be too much to ask for!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ring decent. Don’t get me wrong, now customer service is absolutely appalling. Wanted to return the ring, didn’t work out. Tried to wanted a return label and agreed to pay whatever I had to to return it. No return label sent and nothing was said to me after they pleaded with me to not return. Save your money folks. Go to ANYWHERE else.

Lab grown diamond I purchased appraised at a value tremendously lower (80% lower) than the original purchase price. Extremely disappointing considering rings are symbolic to tears of happiness and the value should grow or at least sustain. My engagement was canceled now I’m stuck with a worthless ring and a $4000.00 bill I have to pay! Gage refused refunding me or buying the ring back! I am now a dissatisfied customer. Thanks for nothing Gage!
