Well, I placed an online order and was charged but have as yet to receive my merchandise.

Very disappointed. An order was placed, but the item was no linger available. I selected another item and was waiting for an updated invoice. After many calls and emails, I just found out that my order was canceled because the funds weren't in my account. If I were told that the original was being g used. I would've moved money into said account. Now, Lendfirm does bot want to do business with me. I'm very saddened by this as I rely wanted this item.

Does not tell you the whole truth. Approved you loan. Made 650 down payment. Waited for ring. I called they said it would be sent the 19th of January. Called Friday Lauren said it wouldn’t go out until my first “loan” payment was made in February. I asked for my money back because none of this was told to us and the refunded all but $150. Said diamond was off market for two weeks. I’m sure they will have no problem selling it again. Would not recommend at all

Hi Christine, I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your Gage Diamonds experience. It is stated on our website that our engagement rings are made-to-order and take 10-15 business days (which does not include holidays or weekends.) Additionally, we always require a first payment be made before we ship out an order that has been financed. After reveiwing your order details with the team, the $150 was not refunded as it was used as a deposit to remove the diamond from the site until you made your purchase, which is not something we have ever done before, especially during the holiday season. We hope you understand that as a small business we are required to take these steps to protect ourselves. Again, we are truly sorry you did not enjoy your experience.

It states on the website and in the order confirmation email that unless noted as a "ready to ship" item, all orders require 10-15 business days (which does include weekends or holidays) and I see that you ordered a custom engagement ring. So since I was approved for a purchase of my fiancee engagement ring. I've tried to contact someone to finalize my deal but I'm not able to speak with anyone. Called a couple days ago, and was told expect a call nothing so far and this ring was going to be her Xmas/engagement present.

The ring I received is the wrong color, it’s white gd and supposed to be yellow gold, and the size was supposed to be a 4 and the ring is a 7. I emailed the contact person to let her know and I am still waiting on what to do with this ring and what we are going to do to make this right. My engagement evening was ruined over this.
