Overall, the quality of the ring looks good. I wish I would’ve went up a bit more on the diamond size. I’m giving 3 stars because they forgot to send my GIA certification with the ring which I don’t understand how they forget something so important. I’m still waiting on the cert to come in the mail and if I don’t get it in time I’m returning the ring

So I would rate this a 5 star. But the website was very confusing at first. I thought I was able to place my order and get this in 2 days, but it is pushed back a few weeks. I did do a customer set but the labeling on the top of the site is misleading. When I receive the piece. I may change this to a 5 star depending on quality

Ring looked beautiful but it wasn’t the size I ordered. So I had to go spend hundreds getting my new ring resized.

Don’t really know yet. Haven’t received my ring yet, have no idea when. Communication is lacking.

Purchased a ring decided to pay for overnight service additional $150.00 ring was shipped didn’t receive for 3 days Why did I get charged $150 and did not receive it overnight Asked the employee and her response was we can refund ur money but u won’t get the ring in time

My ring was absolutely beautiful! The shipping took forever! I was told a ship by date & my ring didn't ship until a week after that. I was promised a necklace with an initial for the inconvenience. The necklace didn't come as promise. I had to call customer service yet again. I finally received my necklace and the letter initial was small as a pencil eraser. I'm the shipping cost more than the necklace.
