Correspondence was done in 2025 and 7 Months later, now 2026, a different person of so many person's, sent me mail regarding my request for refund. You are told refund will happen in a few days and still I have not received the full refund amount. 4 Deductions was made from my account and I only received 1 refund. So the only time you will receive any refund, is when you give them a good rating so they can look good. As the mail specifies, rate between 4-5, add recipients name who helped you ( I can't even remember all the different people's names) and only there after they will assist in doing a refund. Then you are to think that your case is an isolated one. You click on a ad that states factory clearance, buy a box. After what you think you are buying, it is totally something different. Oh and don't forget the expired point😵‍💫 I just want all of my money back!

On their Facebook page they advertised a dewalt drill and I bought it. It was supposed to be a once off deduction but they ended deducting 5 times in 3 months without delivering my drill. When I contacted them they paid back 2 deduction and said they can't pay back the balance according to the terms and conditions. They said I did subscribe to get some credit so I can buy anything at there online stores. Now they say I should leave a good review so they can pay back my money. I have 3 people demanding a review from the same company.

Total SCAM. Advertised on Facebook was a shed for £10 which I thought was too good to be true. Never received the shed. Just added money to a “membership” for so called discounted items. The shed isn’t even on their website! The items they advertise on their website are completely useless to me. Then they start taking “a top up” every 2 weeks that’s converted into credits! Tried to cancel the membership on the website on 17th July, informing me that there was a 14 day lead time. So purchased a few items with the credits I had gained just to get rid of them, of which I could have purchased at home for a 1/3 of the price, and one item didn’t even come with the fixings (garden hose holder). Now inform g me I’m due another “top up”. So emailed back to inform them I had cancelled my membership to get a reply it will start from today and will be cancelled on 28th August DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE

I never took the subscription but it was enabled when another scammer company groovespaw started automatic deductions. I had to block my card. Scammers

Se me mostró como anuncio cosa que yo creía que era una especie de catálogo y toque para ingresar en NINGÚN MOMENTO DECÍA PAGAR DONDE TOQUE Y AL INSTANTE ME REBAJARON de la tarjeta 5mil y resto de colones y hoy me acaba de ROBAR CASI 10, 000 MIL COLONES QUE NO AUTORIZE PARA QUE LO HICIERAN así que quiero mi dinero devuelta son casi 20, 000mil colones el primer robo me lo hicieron el 03 de agosto 2025 y hoy 09 de agosto 2025
