Correspondence was done in 2025 and 7 Months later, now 2026, a different person of so many person's, sent me mail regarding my request for refund. You are told refund will happen in a few days and still I have not received the full refund amount. 4 Deductions was made from my account and I only received 1 refund. So the only time you will receive any refund, is when you give them a good rating so they can look good. As the mail specifies, rate between 4-5, add recipients name who helped you ( I can't even remember all the different people's names) and only there after they will assist in doing a refund. Then you are to think that your case is an isolated one. You click on a ad that states factory clearance, buy a box. After what you think you are buying, it is totally something different. Oh and don't forget the expired point😵‍💫 I just want all of my money back!

When I couldn't complete the order because Israel doesn't appear on the site, I was very disappointed and realized that a six-month payment had been charged without me being able to use it. When I contacted the company about the matter and requested a refund, I immediately received a response and a refund with special approval because of my situation, and for that I am grateful and satisfied with the quick decision.

On their Facebook page they advertised a dewalt drill and I bought it. It was supposed to be a once off deduction but they ended deducting 5 times in 3 months without delivering my drill. When I contacted them they paid back 2 deduction and said they can't pay back the balance according to the terms and conditions. They said I did subscribe to get some credit so I can buy anything at there online stores. Now they say I should leave a good review so they can pay back my money. I have 3 people demanding a review from the same company.
