Got my prepaid label to mail my phones in, then went to check status and the company shows closed permanently. So where's my phones and why do none of the phone numbers exist? this company is a fraud

Got an Iphone from through Reebelo<…
Got an Iphone from through Reebelo< Lasted 4 months and the only remedy is to return for replacement or repair leaving you without a phone for who knows how long, Avoid both Gadget Lab and Reebelo and save yourself a headache.

A total rip off
A total rip off. After ordering and paying for item, they tell me they can't deliver until I pay $1.95 shipping AND this has to go on a credit card. Pinterest ought to watch what they let advertise!

I don't know anything about this company but was charged on a debit card twice without any knowledge of the company. I filed a complaint with the FTC and still waiting for a reply.

Do not use this company!
Do not use this company!! we bought an xr through them and w/in a couple of days the battery didn't work. We mailed it back and they said that we damaged the phone which is why the battery didn't work. LIES!!!! There was nothing wrong with the phone. Do not use this company

Hello RB! We apologize you feel this way. We stand behind all of our refurnished products because we use the highest quality parts available. As for your particular device, when we received the device, the LCD had damage, there was multiple LCD lines from the top to the bottom on the screen where there was clearly evidence of impact damage (we provide photos of the device and the issues we described). As with all warranties on electronics, any physical or liquid damage is not covered and voids any applicable warranty on the device. Physical damage (impact damage in this situation) can cause internal damage to a device, not just cosmetic issues.
