This company is a joke. Took over a month to get 2 of the dresses I ordered and only after I threatened to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. One of the dresses didn’t ship and again only got a refund after stating they had one week to refund the money or I would contact my credit card company. The dresses I received were not made correctly and the quality was horrible. Do not buy from them.

Beware if you purchase from this company. If you request to return and for refund they only will offer a fraction of what you spent, even though their site says free returns within 30 days and full refund after they receive it back. I spent over $150 and they only offered me a $28 refund asking me to keep the clothes. The clothes are thin and sized weird.

My wife ordered two dresses that were made poorly with cheap material. The dresses were $90.98 I followed the "Free return" instructions by emailing customer service for a RMA. What I got was: "Due to our return warehouse in Dubai the shipping cost is too high". Through 3 emails we were offered $21 (twice) then $38 as 'compensation' (in lieu of the purchase price of $90.98). Todays email (4th) says they offering $45 if they get the dresses back and I'm to pay shipping to Dubai! Stay far away from this company!!!! In the "About the company" they say they have factories in South Carolina and offices in London. Hmmm...

Horrible company. I ordered over $300 worth of clothing on January 26,2025 for a vacation I was taking starting on February 28th. It is now March 24th and I still have NOT received a single item! Yet they charged and I paid in full for my order on my credit card at the beginning of February. I have emailed many times. I have checked track my order almost every other day on their website. It has said it packed, inspected and waiting to be shipped for a month and a half. So disappointed! They have asked if I want the partial order shipped and they will cancel the rest. What happened to all is packed and has been inspected. Also if you cancel they charge you a 10 percent restocking fee. How can it be restocked if it isn't a complete order to ship! DO NOT ORDER FROM GABRINL. They cannot be located or even made in the US as said on the website. If I could of given them minus stars, I would have! Horrible customer service, complete scam.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The quality of the 3 items I ordered was beyond horrible. Fabric was cheap and workmanship even worse. The only thing worse than the clothing was their customer service. No chance of getting items returned and refunded. This definitely was the my worst shopping experience.

total scam, the products are NOT as pictured. The fabric is cheap and gross. The products are extremely oversized and boxy with no shape at all. The dresses are very long, certainly not as pictured. I would NEVER recommend buying from this site. Then you CAN NOT return them for a refund so BUYER BE VERY VERY WEARY. purchased March 2025.

Their clothes are cheaply and weirdly crafted knock offs. I ordered 2 dresses and the top hem is directly across the bust. They are unwearable. When I tried to return, they offered me a refund of $18 for my $81 order. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal and have protection from fraud like this. Don’t order no matter how cute the dress is in the pictures! You will not be happy with what arrives 2 weeks later…from “South Carolina” and you’ll be stuck with it.

What a scam! The dresses and pants set I purchased and that which arrived were not the same product AT ALL. The dresses online appear to be a lovely linen, woven print, but what arrived is a plasticy screen-printed material. I should have known better. I've always been told that when the models heads are chopped off the photos, they are using another company's photos and will send you a fake knock-off. I've now seen it with my own eyes and believe. So very disappointing! On their website and FB ads they claim they are out of NC but my stuff was sent from CA--and it took over 30 days to arrive to PA. Something is definitely not adding up. And their return policy says no returns for slight variations in color since that is to be expected. Color? Maybe. Completely different fabrics AND prints? Not okay.
