Items are not exactly what I was thinking they would be. Quality seems lacking.

It took a while to receive my order however when received they had sent a XXL size instead of an XL in which I ordered. The dress is nice though.

The shipping was fine but when I wanted to do a return I received no answer.

i think the shipping time was a little excessive. waited almost a month. could have been longer. quick to charge my card, but long time to wait.

had a hard time getting it shipped initially, was about to report them as a scam BUT I got my tracking info. the clothes are cute, quality is a little less than I thought for the prices, if your body type isn't a models, u will need a larger size to add some give to several sweaters. even then, there isn't a normal sweatery give to them! my girls love the cuteness tho!

shopping process was fine however shipping and customer service not so much. A shipping label was printed giving us the thought the package was shipped or at least ready to ship. It was not, the delivery co said yes a label was printed but they had not received the sweaters. Delivery was longer than promised. repeated emails to customer service did not help or were they able to give us shipping dates

Arrival time long. Quality of items, not exactly what I would call great. No laundering instructions. Items had a strong unpleasant odor.
